Richard Boot OBE

During his twenty years as a senior partner at KPMG, Richard was, as Managing Director and UK Board Member, instrumental in setting up and developing the firm's high profile Management Consulting and Corporate Finance businesses.  He was founding Chairman of KPMG's UK Centre for Manufacturing Consultancy and he created and was Chairman of their UK Automotive Group.

Richard was Deputy Chairman of the Europackaging Group and has been a director and advisor to a number of growing private companies.  He has been closely involved in several corporate planning projects in both public and private companies which involved creating effective boards and board processes.

On the recommendation of the Prime Minister, Richard was appointed by HM The Queen an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in the 2011 New Year's Honours List.
