Martin AllisonMartin is a transformational change professional, offering excellent sales and risk management capabilities. After a long career with the Nat West and RBS banking group he is now an NED with the Leeds Community Foundation, Chameleon Technology, PFF/Arvensis and the Alternative Board. He is also a director of Rosedale Advisory Limited.

During his career with Nat West/RBS Martin held the roles of Executive Head of International Banking Services, Regional Managing Director of the London Super-Region Commercial Banking, and a number of regional director roles in the City and West End, West and East Yorkshire/Humberside and Yorkshire and North East England regions. He also had spells as Head of Corporate Business Development, Regional Business Development Manager and as Change Manager working on the RBS change programme, Project Columbus.

Since leaving RBS, Martin has been Interim MD/CRO of Sellers Engineering Limited, he has been advisor to Henderson Insurance Brokers and Profile Analysis Limited/iSnapshot, and head of debt advisory for PwC, the Dean of Faculty of Business and Law at Leeds Metropolitan University, Chairman & CEO of the British Bobsleigh Association and Executive Chairman of Thompson Brand Partners.

Martin is a graduate of the Victoria University of Manchester, he has an MBA from the University of Bradford Management Centre, he is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and he is a Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP). 

He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce, a board member of the Leeds Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the RDA's Business Advisory Group, a visiting teaching fellow at the University of Bradford School of Business and Leeds Met, a fellow of the Institute of Administration Management and the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and a member of the Institute of Directors. Previously he has been a member of the Court of the University of Leeds, a board member of the Institute of Financial Services, an Advisory Board Committee member of the London Regional Venture Capital Fund and a member of the Private Investment Commission for London.
