Jeremy's expertise is in the practical application of his Business and Psychology expertise to issues of Business Strategy and Change. He specialises in senior management coaching, both with individuals and leadership teams, and in designing and facilitating senior management and organisation-wide change programmes. He has a wealth of international experience as a consultant in both the private and public sector, across a range of multinational, more entrepreneurial and creative businesses, and major professional services businesses.
Jeremy is currently Chair of the Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS). In this role he has played a leading role in bringing leading Practitioners together in establishing this rapidly developing field. Jeremy brings a strong emphasis on helping Boards make sense and practical progress with their effectiveness as a team and how it can leverage their business as a Leadership team, enabling Boards to better identify strategic priorities, develop greater cohesion around the organisational strategy, ways of working as a Board, and develop strategies to engage the organisation in the strategy
He has recently worked with the Institute of Directors in the UK in developing its Board level Consultancy and personal clients include PricewaterhouseCoopers, BAT, Arval PHH, BP Castrol, Foseco, Unilever, Nortel, BPB, ACAS, Foseco.
